Chico and the Band was formed in the Bay Area in 2008 under the leadership of Chico Hernandez. The group's love of classic rock and hits from the 60s through the 80s helps to bond this band solidly. 

Chico and the Band's wide ranging playlist includes Classic Rock, Oldies, Motown, and Country. From romantic ballads to classic rock, we play the songs crowds love to sing and dance along to. No matter what the event might be, we can create a playlist perfect for any occasion. 

Chico and the Band has played at corporate functions, street fairs, grand openings, private parties, holiday events, and at bars and eating establishments.

Chico and the Band's complimentary personalities and multiple talents continue to move the group forward, while divergent interests and backgrounds of the band members help to provide variety and depth to each performance
